Discovery meeting
Our first discovery meeting is all about us discovering you. At the end of the meeting we will
- Understand your desired outcomes from Us
- Know a bit about you and the business you are in.
- Give you a plan for moving forward.
Once we have met with you the first time we will give you a plan for moving forward. This plan will include an idea on how we can help you achieve the outcomes you desire. This plan will also outline the next stage in our process.
Analysis and Design Phase
The next step in the process is to do a complete Analysis of your current process and discover the driving need for the new process. We also try and collect as much information as we can about the current process so we can create a specialised solution for your business.
Once we have done the analysis we will design a new solution for you. We will document our proposal in consultation with key people in your organisation. Once we have a proposal we will sit down with you and discuss our proposal. Often in this process we discover more outcomes are required. We will go back and re-design the solution. The outcomes of this process is
- We will have gained a more thorough understanding of your business.
- We will design a specialised solution that fits your organisation
- We will deliver a business requirements document which describes our proposed solution.
- We will be able to deliver a more accurate estimate of cost for implementation of the solution.
Development Process
In the development stage we implement the solution that we proposed. We implement using an agile approach to development. We implement small chunks of functionality in small sprints. At the end of the sprint we will put a demo online which you can use to monitor our progress and see how the software may look in the end.
Deployment Phase
Once the development has finished we will deploy the software for production. This could be installed as a cloud solution or we can work with your IT department to install the solution in your intranet.
Testing Phase
In the testing phase we give you a period of time in which you can test the solution and make sure it achieves the outcomes we expect. If not we will update the solution until it does. This phase is generally not long because with the right analysis done at the start we a usually about to deliver the outcomes you require first time. However there are always adjustments required to make the system very user-friendly so we offer this time to find and fix these for you so that you are 100% happy with the outcome.
Support Phase
We expect that our solution will become a key part of your business success, to ensure that the best use of your investment in both time and money we offer support plans that enable us to support your organisation as it grows. With support you can be sure that there is help available when you need it and that we can support your business as it grows.
We also offer continuous improvement support which ensures that your solution works with the latest technologies therefore ensuring that the software does not go out of date.
